Dates have been adjusted to reflect the revised timetable for the Local Plan*.

Stage 1 - Set Up

    Draft London Plan Consultation

    Draft NPPF Consultation

Stage 3 - Drafting

    Consult community – views on issues already submitted and submission of any new ideas
  • Summer 2020
    Apply for Locality funding to finance the Neighbourhood Plan
  • Winter 2020/21
    RBK Local Plan First Draft
  • January - March 2021
    Consult community on draft Local Plan
  • Spring 2021
    RBK Local Plan Publication Version (Regulation 19)
  • Spring 2021
    Commence writing Neighbourhood Plan

    Finalize scope of the plan and expand on selected options at AGM

    RBK Local Plan Submission Version (Regulation 22)

Stage 4 - Review

Stage 5 - Examination and Referendum

    Submit to RBK for approval and inspection
